WHY Get an A/C Tune-Up?

Here’s what your Annual Tune-Up covers:

Open air handler and inspect evaporative coil (clean as required)
Inspect and lubricate blower, condenser, and cooling fan motors
Inspect and clean condensate drain
Check refrigerant pressure*
Start unit and test temperature and pressure.

*Freon (if required) and parts are extra.
