It’s a different Spring this year. No doubt about that.
Let us assure you that we are here for you and, as an essential service, we remain open to serve you.
We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to safeguard the health of our customers, staff, and the communities we serve, and we want to share with you our current response to the coronavirus pandemic:
• As a mandated essential service, we are continuing to make oil and propane deliveries.
• We are open regular hours but working with a reduced staff. If you call us and we are unable to answer, leave us a message, we will return your call as soon as possible.
• Our offices are closed to the public though we are answering phone calls to help in any way we can during regular business hours. If you must come to our office to drop off paperwork please use the mail slot.
• Our service technicians continue to perform emergency repairs. At this time, they are restricted from doing maintenance or installations (except emergency installs). Our technicians are equipped with masks and gloves and will access your home through a garage or basement entrance whenever possible. They will maintain the required distance from customers at all times. Our service dispatcher will contact a homeowner before a scheduled appointment to confirm that no one in the home is sick or quarantined. Contact us to make an appointment for a heating or AC tune-up and we will call you to set a date as soon as we can resume tune-ups. The sooner you get on our list, the sooner your tune-ups will be scheduled.
• Payments: We are requesting that payments be made online on our customer portal or by calling the office with your credit card information.
• If you are experiencing a heating emergency, call us immediately. We are ready to assist you, as always.

We our constantly monitoring the situation and are well informed on the New Jersey State guidelines and prepared to take any necessary steps to protect our customers and our staff.
